Welcome to BNM 2024 and to Hong Kong! BNM 2024 is the inaugural IEEE-EMBS International Conference on Bionanotechnology and BioMEMs organised by the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society. We are honoured and thrilled to host our EMBS community from the 2nd to the 4th of December, 2024.

The scientific tracks of this conference will focus on the remit of the EMBS technical committee in Bionanotechnology and BioMEMs. The conference will provide networking opportunities for engineers, clinicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, students and young professionals.

Hong Kong is an iconic city, home to the vibrant markets of Mong Kok to the serene beauty of Victoria Peak. It is home to world-class cuisine, a breathtaking skyline and the captivating views of Victoria Harbour. Our conference will take place on the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology campus.

We look forward to welcoming you to Hong Kong in December 2024 to enjoy fruitful discussions on the latest advances in nano and micro technologies for medicine and the life sciences and showcase what Hong Kong has to offer.
